PEEP is a project for 10 young families who ask for a social site to Municipality to build their first house. Looking the assigned site we decided to make a change in the form of the traditional house to enjoy the countryside towards the hills.
Even in the back the relations with the garden was assured by huge windows which litterally open the whole house.
The site is composed by three groups of houses (3+3+4). Every house has a model that can be optimized by the family.

Main variations were:
0 level: small bathroom and bigger kitchen
1 level: a second big bedroom instead of two, no second terrace, no wardrobe, double level in single room
2 level: another bedroom in the studio, terrace on left or right side, bathroom in the storage.
The same flexibility was given to the fronts. Every family could choose the size of each window and having or not the second terrace on the back.
Another possibility to customize the house was about the parking place: in the basement or on the garden. The group of 4 houses made the first choice, the others chose the garden site.
Every window or terrace can be closed or opened changing the configuration of the whole front.

Every house has a surface about 250 sm.
