In our intent countryside + house ..

.. add up something like that !

The site was close to the city but still natural. So the first step was to try to make a mimesis with nature, placing 5 dwelling houses in a strong context that we wanted to strengthen.

The second step was to give the houses best views and best faces on the surroundings. So instead of having 5 houses alike, we stretched and enlarge them according to their position (middle or corner). This generated 3 different kinds of houses.

Every house has two levels.
Level 0: garage and studios
Level 1: living and bed rooms
Balconies enlarge living spaces and loggias intimate the night ones, stressing the differences among houses (A, B, C).

Roofs are accessible like meadows with open views on the landscape. A metal grid covered the whole building with plants who climb on it, making it greeny.
